Abstract This study aims to make a prototype of sensor-based Smash Athlete volleyball skill test instrument. research is type development with model design adapted from Borg & Gall. Validation carried out by experts who are competent in their fields. In this study, the researchers asked for validation three experts, namely Evaluation and Measurement Test Volleyball Experts, Media/IT Experts.20 adult males were enrolled tool. The usage trial was using expert validity method an assessment questionnaire, retest. Data analysis r-correlation method. Based on test, percentage results (96%), Experts (92%), (94%). average all 94%. reliability correlation coefficient 0.999 which included very strong category. So that Instrument Design With Sensor Technology good measuring smash skills.
